Toyota Optical Illusion
Toyota Safety Sense technology helps keep the driver safe by looking out for potention collisions. The concept was to use optical illusion to show that your eyes can be fool, but not Safety Sense. My role was to look at the art direction and production.
Working with the creative director I found various optical illusions to try out the concept. We finally settled on two illustion that would while still be printed in press. The final task was to put them into a layout that would show off the optical illusion, using it as the studio background, along with the branding, car and body copy.

Expanding the concept
Toyota's Satefy Sense technology is made up of different systems, I took the concept of the optical illusion and applied that to those different systems. Using illusions that that helped convey what the systems did to help the driver.
