Toyota Motorsport

Toyota GAZOO Racing is the Motorsport division of Toyota. Each year they compete in a range of motorsports testing new technologies.

Each year we would create a series of social media content and print assets for them to use while the races happen. The brief was always pretty loose, we take the styling cues from the designs used on the race cars. This was a great opportunity to have a play around and create assets that you could explore photography treatment, graphics and layout, all while still making sure that it felt part of Toyota.

Social Posts

From the build up to the racing season, updates on new cars and racing report for the races, meant that we would create a series of posts utlising the style of the year and could be used by the social team as needed. Below is a series of posts designed over 3 years using styling for the cars designs and from the GAZOO Racing branding itself.

Endframes

As well as social posts, Toytoa would sometimes create video content to show off what its like to be part of the Toyota GAZOO Racing team. From the drivers to the mechanics. As part of the video I created endframes that would direct the user to watch other videos in the series.

Along with all the digital content we would create print assets that could be used. These would be for milestone events, like race wins or showing off a new car to highlighting Toyota Hybrid toechnology in the sport.
